Children between the ages of 7-12 are playfully initiated into yoga. Concepts like duty, awareness, self expression, self-confidence, are taught through games, stories discussions.
Exercise, meditation, relaxation, concentration techniques are effectively dealt with in the workshop.
The richness of yogic techniques broadens the horizons for growth as their fertile minds quickly grasp the spirit behind the techniques. Yoga when taught systematically and consistently over a period of time can bring out far reaching results in their being and personality. This training would also make a stronger foundation for them as they grow up as adults.
