Meant for all working and business people for recharging as well as rejeuvenating the body and mind.Emphasis will be laid on cultivation of quiet states of mind that help to tide over the stress of the whole week. This, through the integration of deep,gentle breathing techniques (pranayamas) as well as deep relaxation and meditative practises . Practical suggestions/ talks/ discussions will also be part of the program.
